Do we need to replace our software?
Usually we start with what you have. I check the available connections and explain where changes would be necessary before we agree on the project.
Who controls our data and the finished solution?
We agree on access, hosting, and any use of external AI services before implementation. Wherever possible, the solution runs in your accounts. Documentation and a handover are part of the work.
