The person behind Tabelle1
I am Philipp Formanek. I turn the tasks that slow your business down into practical digital solutions.
One partner, from the first conversation to everyday use.
I help businesses put AI to practical use, automate recurring work, and make sense of their data. You work directly with me — from planning to handover.
I started Tabelle1 after watching capable people spend their days moving information between tools. That time is worth giving back.
Data engineer in a large company by day, builder by night: I have built data and automation systems professionally since 2022. Tabelle1 is where that work becomes available to smaller businesses.

Tabelle1 is the first sheet in a German Excel workbook — where nearly every company’s data story begins. My job is to grow what starts there into something the whole team can rely on.
How I work
Small steps, fast proof
We define one manageable project and agree the result. Once you can use it, we decide what comes next.
Plain language
You should understand what your project does and why. I explain every choice in terms of your daily work.
Tools chosen for the task
Python, SQL, Power BI, Azure, AI — picked to fit the task and to still be maintainable in three years.
A documented handover
It runs in your accounts and it is documented, so your team or another provider can carry on without me.
Things I have built
My own tools rather than client work — written up so you can see how I approach a problem.
